Ugh, I'm nervous...
Nervous about going in to rehab tomorrow morning and confessing to my relapse... I know it's the best thing for me to do that, but ugh, I feel like a weak scumbag, walking there all defeated. I just have to get used to the idea that drinking is out of my life, and is not an option anymore. I hope they take it easy on me...
i had thought that surrender meant that i was a weak person
until i found out surrender opens more doors than my self will.
i hope that you will benefit from being Honest, Open minded, & Willing
and that those principles will lead you toward a productive recovery one
day at a time. My prayers are for your process of making progress today!

dabears34 it happened, it takes a far bigger man to fess up to a mistake then to try & hide it!
Relapse does not HAVE to be a part of recovery, but many times it is.
I know guys that have been through rehab many times, you will not be the first or the last.
If your rehab is anything like AA or SR you will be welcome back with open arms.
Be HONEST, OPEN MINDED, & WILLING!!!!!!
