I am grateful for...
Being alive so I can experience this non-stop pain and self-hate as I'm sure it will make me a better person someday. Right?
Having food to eat to make me even more of a fat slob.
Friends who don't really know what I go through, but are there most of the time.
My internship.
Getting suspended/fired from my job so I can learn the important lesson of being on time to work.
My cat.
My family.
That I know I'm not going to kill myself this week.
My 22 days sober off alcohol.
My exercise equipment.
Netflix.
Comedy Central.
Family Guy.
SoberRecovery and the good people here.
LifeRing.
My "intelligence" for whatever that's worth.
My humor and sarcasm, though I'm not very funny today.
Money, though I don't have much.
This deep pain, to make the even slightly joyous moments that much more enjoyable.
