Starting day 5 today and this morning I feel like someone pulled back my scalp, opened my skull, took out my brain and poured mud into the cavity. :wtf2

I felt better yesterday, then this. At least I don't want a drink today. Journaling my history with alcohol is really diminishing my desire to drink with each new page. Guess when I'm done, I'll call Dr. Phil or Oprah, try to use the story to make a few bucks so I can recoup some of my losses. Who knows, maybe Jerry Springer would be interested. Ok, time to go wash my brain.
