I'm sure you're in a panic and at the same time I think you know what you need to do.......are you willing? Sounds to me if you keep this up you'll have nothing left to STAY sober for. Not knocking you, been there, done that. No fun!!

Sometimes some very bad consequences are what we need to get our butt's in gear?

take Phals advice - dump the booze, drink some water, hit the sack, and ride it out when you wake up. It can be done.

Hi ShawMac - I, too, have been where you are today - many times. Yet here I sit, sober. It sounds like you're ready to lay it down. Please let this be the last horrific episode you put yourself through. You know you can't control it or you would have. You will come out into the sunshine once again, and we're all behind you. having a P.O. to play God over me was just what, I needed to help ensure my sobriety along with AA.

I hope if and when, you look at what you've written sober, you ponder, where your drinking is taking you.
