365 more days until I turn 40!!!!!!! Yep, it's my birthday today :)

This is a weird one too. Last year I was in rehab so here I am on the outside this year. I'm so broke I can't even spoil myself with anything.

There's a great festival going on but again $.

Sigh.............

Part of me OF COURSE is thinking PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!! But the "good" side of my brain is saying ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol!!

I can't say I'm really bumming but I just don't know what to do with myself.

I'm hoping I get some birthday funds today in the mail. Then I can go shopping, get a pedicure and maybe hit the Sunfest!!!! **crossing fingers***

Hee hee hee.....I love that smiley.

Happy Birthday, you've come a long way baby! Even if you don't get some Birthday funds in the mail, why can't you go walk around the Sunfest? Sunfest, that just sounds like a good time. Take a bottled water or a bottle of pop and just go! I've had some of the best times when I went somewhere and just winged it.

Go celebrate life! I haven't had a pot to pee in over the past several months but that hasn't kept me from enjoying myself. . . after all, money doesn't buy happiness. I know, it can buy other things but you have so much to be grateful for on this Birthday.

Happy Birthday!! I hope the birthday funds come through, but even if they don't, I've found out waking up clean/sober every day is a gift, compared to what my life USED to be like. There's nothing wrong with wanting a little extra $$ every now and then, though

WOO WOO!!! Got my pedicure, my friend took me shopping, went out to lunch and now I'm going to play a little WoW!!! Tomorrow I think we're gonna hit the Sunfest!!!!!!! *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
