Probably funny to no one but me....

but:

My husband (sober 3 months) and I (sober 10 months) were driving down the street tonight and noticed our favorite liqour store is going out of business. Everything in the store is now 30% off.

My husband turned to me and said, "I told you we were going to run them out of business when we quit drinking".

LOL At first I was going to say I had nothing like that happen, then I just remembered that my daily 7-11 closed down about a year after I quit!!! LOL No it wasn't me!!!

That is very funny.
If the bar/restaurant in my basement went out of business I would be quite happy. There are a few servers there I would like to see lose their jobs. At least their income has dropped quite a bit since me and another one of my old drinking buddies quite drinking.
