Day 4! I feel so much better today! My daughter had her game last night and was awesome, of course (yes I'm prejudice)--a single, double and walk, not to mention 6 outs on the field at her position (2nd base), including a double play! I was shaky last night. Luckily, someone who loves me and knows what i'm going thru gave me a xanax which I took last night and slept like a baby. I took another half of one an hour ago as I didn't need it till then.

Just remember how bad you felt before and don't lose track of the goal.
I have fallen back into old patterns a more than once after I started to feel better.
