Day 16 off opiates and have no desire to do anything

Hey guys it has been 16 days and i just go to work and come home, and whatch movies and play video games. I try to do stuff but i just am not in to it. And not to mention my anxiety and depression are pretty bad, so it makes it even harder to get up and do anything. Any one out there with some feedback?

Congratulations on 16days. I didn't have any desire for awhile either. It gets better, I swear it does. Hang in there. You are not alone.

look at what you are doing though- you are getting through the tough part of a rough situation- do you like to take walks or anything? do something off the beaten path, that helps me.... have a great Saturday Isis.

I have no advice for your specific situation, but I do know that early recovery is a very difficult time. Exercise really helped me, just simply taking long walks, helped me physically and mentally.

I agree with Anna.
When I first got sober I didn't want to do anything either but I forced myself back into my exercise regime and started to feel better physically and also about myself mentally. Exercise will also ease the anxiety because it lowers your blood pressure.
Congratulations on your sober and clean time. Things will get better.

Exercise, music, different activities, try new stuff, go for long walks.

Cherish the feeling of being clean.
