Not to my knowledge....but I do use a key chain
with AA on it I also keep my current medallion
in my bill fold. And I have a sweatshirt from my
1 st. AA home group.

Some AA members are less anonymous than others

Where I was last at treatment, they sold wristbands representing the different units where patients were housed. This facility is fairly large and has several "dorm" type units - around 30 patients each.

Though I think it was more about pride for your respective unit. They also sold shirts, caps, etc.

The clubhouse I used to frequent sold them, they were dark blue with "Live Sober" on them. I don't wear mine anymore, because it also has the AA symbol on it, but I've still got it somewhere.
