Hmm...
When I was working ...I would have appreciated help with
all sorts of household chores.
But I lived alone....I hired help.
I'm thinking about general dusting and cleaning...washing
dishes....fixing a meal to be heated up later...scrubbing
the bathroom....doing the laundry.
Or perhaps you have a cleaning service or a maid?

I can definitely understand! It's very early for me too, and it's VERY hard to be alone. (Last weekend was awful). I think if you just try to keep busy as much as you can, find someone to talk to and keep coming to SR it will help so much. I found a meeting I'm going to try... terrified but I feel I need it. Maybe that's something you could consider if you're not already?
