Well, that sucked. I was doing so well and then bamn!!!!! Oh, well, instead of being pissed off at myself for a week or two, I am just gonna pick myself up and focus on work and not drinking today.

Sorry everyone, but I will be back on the straight and narrow now.

It's too easy to just fall and then wallow. I agree, getting back on track so quickly shows me that it's not only possible, but also worth it.

I remember going something like 2-3 weeks over a year ago just for the hell of it and when i started drinking again, my addiction immediately said, "Hey! If you quit again, you know you're going to have to stay sober! Do you really want to do that?" I followed my addiction's direction and kept right on drinking. So dumb.

Way to go with getting back on board so quickly. This stuff is hard! You keep trying and that is huge - good luck this time. We're all here for you.
