Congrats on 90 days! You've overcome a very tough addiction and have much to be proud of. I hope you can keep it going and enjoy the fruits of your efforts moving forward. Again, congrats.

Unfortunately, lost, there is no easy way. The end result of opiate addiction is always far more pain than you started off with. Mental anguish that is seemingly without end (but it does end). In some ways I feel less alive but in other ways I feel more alive than ever.

Mental anguish without end .... I don't like the sound of that, not one bit. How do you live with that?
Sometimes I'm so grateful I'm run off my feet with work and the kids, I don't have too much time to stop and think. The other day I got out the car and just started crying about something, years old!
You done good. Do those antidepressants work? Me, I don't think they are up to much.

Hey Lostbutterfly - I can relate - antidepressants haven't really done a great job but I understand there are new things coming up on the marketplace everyday so who knows!

Uh, they work on me in a strange way. It's not that they get rid of my depression (I'm working on that with therapists), but they change my mood enough to get me out of bed and doing things even if I'm not very enthusiastic about them. It really depends on how depressed you are and how long you've been suffering without getting treatment.

awesome job vinter, hope you are doing something nice for yourself today. you deserve it man, keep up the great work and hopefully ill be joining ya soon enough in the multiple months sober .
