I don't bother with the books specific to alcholism unless I'm looking to understand just the nuts and bolts of the disease.

I tended to discount the 3 C's and put the focus back on my AH.

I'm an analytical type who leaves no stone uncovered.

I was ignoring my own personal stone.

My alanon home group has a cd collection of recorded AA and alanon speakers. I found the stories provided the full picture very clearly.

It is the 3 c's
