Because I have 7 months sober.

I think about where I was 7 months ago and it was so dark and ugly. To think I let my life revolve around alcohol makes me sick inside. Even though it has been a relatively short time, I don't even recognize that person I was.

Even with all the stress I have been going through, I maintain my sobriety, and not to toot my own horn, but I'm proud of myself and I'm even beginning to like myself.
