I was sure that I was supposed to see a psychiatrist today, but evidently my appointment is for next week on Thursday. I don't know how I managed to get the day so screwed up. I really, really could have used it today too. This is a day that I just want to sleep through.

dont feel so bad. I have three calendars but can I remember appointments? Not really. I don't get it. I missed one today. Of course I beat myself up about it and tell you not to feel bad. DUH!

You are not alone on that matter. We all forget appointments, where we left the keys, where did I leave my Purse? At least you are able to post a note today. Hope your day improves a little. LOL

Its hard to not be hard on ourselves. I have a couple calandars, use sticky notes and I have now taken to setting up appointments in my Outlook so reminders pop up to do things. I still forget then I wonder why I am so useless.
