One month

i just wanted to let everyone know that i'm one month clean today and i'm doing a lot better. i'm still dealing with a lot of pain physically and emotionally but i'd rather deal with that then the pain of letting everyone down by returning to my old ways. I just wanted to thank everyone for the help and give you guys an update. thanks again...
