my roller coaster doesn't go as high or low and I haven't been in the hospital or drank in 6 month.

Good to see you. Glad the rollar coaster has mellowed a bit for you. Hang in there even if things really start to get better. That is when it is easy to justify to ourselves that we can stop the meds. But that is when we need them the most as we have finally reached theraputic levels that need to be maintained. At least that has been my experience.

It took me about 3 1/2 years of med changes and longer for sobriey to finally get to a place where I could be comfortable with my dual disorder.
