hi,

i know somebody who has been using drugs for many years now. about a year ago he went to rehab after a heroine arrest. when he left rehab early, he claimed to have developed a very painful condition & was prescribed oxycontin as well as other drugs, and made many hospital visits, where he was given morphine. he visited many different pain management specialists because no doctor wanted to keep on prescribing these drugs to him. he finally agreed to have a pain reducing procedure preformed & as far as I know, he hasnt been prescribed any drugs in the past 2 months.

i stumbled upon a prescription bottle of his for oxycontin & was surprised to hear rattling inside since he is not supposed to be taking drugs anymore. i opened the bottle & found something suspicious. there were these dull white crystal or rock looking things in the bottle. they almost looked like uncooked grains of rice. some of them had a brownish color on the edges. i am not familiar with drugs & i could just be jumping to conclusions, but i know that what i found is not what came in that bottle.

hes been talking funny, sleeping all day, either freezing with the blanket on or sweating, etc. seems like the same behavior as before.

i've been searching the internet for pictures of various drugs but i cant find anything that i can say is a definite match. any information you could provide me with would be greatly greatly appreciated. i took a few pieces out of the bottle in hopes that someone here might know of a way to get it tested. please....anything would help right now. i've just got to find out what this is...

It sounds like crystal meth as far as looks, but I cannot say that those signs are like meth. I am not sure....

It does sound like crystal meth, some really dirty meth though. I have never seen meth with brown on the edges but I have heard of it, usually sold in lower class regions. Of course I cannot be sure for I am not right in front of it.
