It's a Done Deal!
Just so you all know what the outcome was regarding the "rescue kitties"
at the camp.
John called this morning to say the commander said "OK!" He also said they could keep the mamma cat, once she is spayed, shots, etc.
Naturally, he has to go one better and ask permission to keep two. The mamma and one baby! Don't know about that yet.
Anyhow, I called the rescue group today and arrangements will be made shortly.
Hurray! More kitties rescued!

I can use all the compliments you can send my way. However, I can only take a little bit of the credit for this deed. The real credit goes to the rescue group that is going to take all the kitties. God love them and their kindness.
Oh, incidentally, the Commander said, after a little talk with him, the camp will keep at least 3 grown cats. I convinced him they need to do that because it will keep the other ferals from coming in and also will keep the rodent population down!
He said, WOW, great idea! Shoot, I've got him eating out of my hand! As it should be! I'll be running that camp any time now! LOL
Chalk up one more "WARDEN" to my list! :rof

Good to hear the kitites will be okay, and I am SO impressed at how you have the commander "eathing out of your hand". Don't be surprised, though, if your son's FRIENDS start calling, because the word is out....his mom has "connections"
