Another update on my recovery progress.....30 days!!!
I remember thinking I could never do it; but one day at a time and several recovery groups later....I am so proud of myself and I thank God for his hand in keeping me on the recovery path. I remember thinking I knew all about recovery and "how to do it" before I had actually quit; but going to group I am finding I actually "knew" nothing at all; I can even say I like going and learning about my addiction. They have helped me identify triggers and ways to avoid them.....successfully now for 30 days...

Thanks for reading and for your support in my efforts to live as a whole person SR is such a great tool for me.
