Hi all,
haven't been on in awhile, I guess thats a sort of good thing, shows that my life is prooving to be pretty ok after all, lol, in the past I would have spent a good time on here posting about my woes or reading and crying and whatever.
RAS is still doing well, in fact he is alittle proud of himself, he met up with an old drug buddy at a meeting. this buddy only had one week clean, and in talking with this buddy my son has managed to "guide" him along to almost every meeting my son goes to (he goes everyday except thursdays because of hockey) and this buddy found himself a home group and a sponsor. He may have done it on his own but we all know how friends can help.
anyway, my life is shaping up well, I graduate from my docent classes on april 2nd (docent at the philadelphia zoo) I'm really looking foward to this aspect of my life.

I'm glad you AND your RAS are doing well. That's really cool about his friend and he should be proud of himself! Any time we can steer someone off the path of addiction, it's a good thing.
