I was just looking back at my posts from 2005..boy, I was relapsing every other day. I felt worse each time. I now have over 2 years of sobriety. I picked myself up, brushed myself off and kept trying...I finally won. You will too. You must be your own cheerleader..talk to yourself, pump yourself up. Our body and mind are powerful. My thoughts will be with you.

If you are a meeting kind of person, maybe you should sit in on one. You'll hear lots of stories about people who never thought they'd get to the other side of their addiction and did. It can be truly inspiring and I love hearing those stories, especially when I'm struggling because it gives me hope.
