Finally realised i need to do something about this problem thats ruining my life...how is everyone else planning on giving up alcohol? Cold turkey or gradually?

It's a wise idea to have an honest talk with your
doctor about your drinking before quitting abruptly.

De toxing from alcohol is a medical issue and can be dangerous.

Cold turkey, definitely (after trying to do it gradually for about a year!).

Check with your dr first, though.
