Hi everyone! I haven't been posting that much because I've been really busy - but the good news is that today is DAY 10 for me - yay!8

I find that being busy helps me tremendesly (yeah, i know i spelled that wrong!) I have school, work, and a school project that all keeps me busy and more importantly sober.
My school project will be over though on the 18th of march - so I need to start making a sober plan on how I'm going to be spending my free time - because if I have to much spare time the alcoholic in me will rear her ugly head and... well you all know!

I hope everyone is doing well and staying sober! even though I haven't posted much - I still read posts in the mornings while I have coffee, so you are all in my thoughts and prayers!

And, yes, planning ahead when you see a potential 'problem' coming along, is a great idea.

So glad to hear you are doing so well Jpat, such awesome news. I agree that staying busy helps. During the work week I have a much easier time than on the weekends, when I have more free time.
