Trying this again, serious this time...
While I have noticed weird things like perfuse sweating on my first two nights os sobriety, tremendous dizziness and lots of anxiety I have also had bloody noses and feel a weird small pain in my head on the side of my nose bleeds...Is this all normal! cuz it sure as heck is new to me!
Anothe thing is that am a binging alcoholic and will stop for days before taking a five day crash!

We can't give medical advice Popov overdose. I think the symptoms you mention are "normal" but I'm not sure about the nosebleeds and pain on that side of your head. I say it'd be wise to call your doctor or go to an ER to have it checked out.
Welcome to SR btw .

Thanks guys, will do..no bleeding today in the shower....but I am dizzy as heck at work, going on 48 hours sober....drinking lots of fluids and eating well...I actually slept last night but had all nightmares....God Bless you guys!
How's the pain in your head Popov? Any better?
Staying hydrated and eating well is good for you right now especially... keeps your blood sugar even. Sorry about the nightmares. The only thing I know of is to ride them out.
Again, a call to the doctor to tell him what you're going though and any concerns you have would be a very wise idea,

Thanks guys, the pain in the head is gone -:bounce
I think I hit my head in my last binge (not proud) but feel honest to say....
Also, the heater was recently fixed at my place...maybe it needs to be turned off with this late California rain....
