Red face night sweats - euw

OK I've heard about these. I'm on day 4 :~) and had my best nights sleep last night so far but wake up with cold sweats - yuck...
Is this normal and any advice on helping this sort of thing!?

Congrats on day 4!

I had the night sweats for weeks after quitting, I mean SOAKING wet bed clothes...no advice really but it does seem to be a normal thing from my experience and from talking to others.

Yes , I had them too. The good news is that they eventually disappear .

Congrats on your days

Mimi I'm really proud of you for getting sober and working through the uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms. It gets easier.

Mimi - just night sweats?
I had them night and day, alternating with chills, but only bad for the 1st 3 days.
I'm pretty sure you'll feel a whole lot better within the next day or so.
Hang in there.

Very normal. Should be gradually subsiding soon.
