Well i have been working the nineth step, and have been putting off my last two ammends which I have finally made the last one today. What a rush. I have never felt so free. I know this feeling will not last forever, but I guess I will enjoy it while it lasts. Just to know that I can face everyone I know, and lool them in the eye is a good feeling. Maybe It is the release of all the guilt I had that surronded my drinking. Any way if anyone is avoiding this step please don't. Trust me it will change your life. :bounce

Wow, that's great and I'm glad you're feeling so good about it.

Guilt and shame are really toxic to us and yet forgiving ourselves is often the hardest thing to do.
