The Better I Get, the Sicker She Looks!
I thought I would share some silliness.
I called my mom as usual. I have called her every day for years, but the last several months I realized I just couldn't stand the constant non stop complaining she does. Complain about every single thing every single time I talk to her. You know how old that gets!
Well, I was listening to her complain about how this hurts and that hurts and how she doesn't know how she's going to make it.
I threw one of the things she use to tell me right back at her:
"You need to get an attitude of gratitude, and be thankful for what you DO have".
Her response nearly made me bust out laughing.
"Oh, believe me! I DO have an attitude of gratitude, or I just don't know how I would have made it this far!"
