love they neighbour??
I live in a condo that contains 4 appartments.
my neighbours have their tv on loud, and it's 1am at the moment. i've cranked mine up quite loud too. is that the right thing to do?
my neighbours are the most annoying people i could live near. i can here them f*****g all the time. they're at it night and day. every day. it's disgusting! it's kinda funny though because the woman beneath me is doing it with the chap next to me!
i've had 5 neighbours since i've been living here and i no longer talk to any of them. i don't even say hi to them if i meet them on the street.
how do i deal with them? i used to get drunk and then crank up my electric guitar. but i'm not allowed to do that anymore as my landlord has threatened to throw me out the next time i disturb anybody.
any advice is greatly appriciated.

i've turned my tv down 
they are annoying though! i've spoken to my landlord about it but she doesn't understand.
in fact i started abusing benzos because i had one neighbour who was f*****g all the time (i reall mean ALL the time! she was a pro street walker!) and sometimes i wasn't able to sleep for 3 or 4 nights and days at a time.
it's terrible. i guess i'll plug my ipod into my ears...

Aldo, can you move? Have you looked around to see if you can find a place that's quieter and less annoying for you? I don't have a clue what the housing situation is like in Italy, but it seems like the condo you are in, is not a great place for you.

Perhaps you could go up to *her* bedroom window sometime in the middle of the night with a battery-powered TV set and DVD player, throw on an XXX dvd, crank the volume all the way up, and then split.
Next time you see her, perhaps she'll grasp the concept you're trying to express.

LOL. believe it or not i've tried putting on one of them dvds and cranking the volume up loud. it was to no avail. after i felt rather embaressed/stupid about it

I'm sure they didn't appreciate your electric guitar either! But that's not to say that they are being considerate and respectful. If you had one neighbour who was being problematic, I would suggest going to speak with them in a respectful way. But I would imagine it's difficult to ask a prostitute to keep it down.
Moving to a new place would be high on my list of priorities.

It was an actual, bona-fide, dyed-in-the-wool ... joke.
Now that I think about it though, I can see how easily one might have misinterpreted my advice and actually gone ahead and done what I suggested without grasping the consequences.
Man, how irresponsible of me, really sorry guys.
I mean, not ONLY would you be talking eviction from a place the guy can't stand to live in, but he'd also be risking never seeing that battery-powered television set, DVD player, OR his porno flick ever again.
I hope you all will forgive me ... I didn't mean to make light and 'joke' around on such a deadly serious thread as this one.
