OT- Remember a.........
To bring some lightness to the forum, some of you will remember a little over a year ago when Judy had to rescue one of her former puppies from Michigan.
Shania is a purebred Belgian Shepherd sometimes called Belgian Sheepdogs. They are a herding breed.
Well in April she shipped her to me, in much better shape than when she got her back, but still with some problems and low weight for 18 months.
This was Shania the night I got her home from the airport:
And this is Shania today 5 months later, checking for cats in the front yard, or desert chipmunks, lol:
She is a beautiful, smart, sometimes clown, sometime klutz, and very affectionate animal that has brought great joy and unconditional love to me and my home.
(Denny I thought you would enjoy seeing how that frightened scared woebegone pup you saw looks today, lol)
She is a treasure, one of the gifts of recovery.

She's so beautiful Laurie! It's good to know she has found a new home, and the love of a good mommy! She looks like an overgrown version of my black 8 lb. pomeranian! I think it's the shape of the upright ears that looks like my pom, and the color of course (although I think a pom is more hairy, and sheds too)!
I remember when Judy showed us pix of her other dogs here. The first thing I noticed was the intelligent look in their eyes. They are beautiful dogs, and Shania is no exception!
