Thumbs up New Life!

New Life

Many have been smoking for a long time, and they smoke along with almost everything they do. They can't imagine driving the car, ending a meal, socializing, or coping with conflict without a cigarette.

Ex-smokers tell a different story. After they've been quit for a couple of months, they say that they feel less stressed, more motivated to take on new projects, and more confident in themselves. Ex-smokers say that they have figured out new ways of living in their smoke-free world, that they have discovered new interests and passions. They say that they breathe easier.

This could be true for you. It may be you, if you've been quit for a while. As an ex-smoker, you can feel like you have rediscovered your energy and your self-esteem, along with your direction. Quitting smoking can truly change your life, as you begin to realize your goals and plans, without cigarettes getting in the way.

Quitting can change your life. You CAN change your life.

I needed this tonight. Not feeling well, and not sure I want to stay on Chantix,
but here are some reasons I want to quit. Thanks for the inspiration!!

Love,
Becky

Thanks Teach:

I finally could let go of the smoking when I decided I wasn't losing something, but rather gaining something: my freedom!!! (And a big fat savings account!) LOL
