Dear Anxiety family,

I took Efexor XR today for the first time & I think it has kicked in straight away...Is that possible?

Efexor XR is a new type of Antidepressant....Has anybody had good results with Efexor XR?

I hope this is the medicine for me, as I feel a lot better since taking it....

With most it takes 4 to 6 weeks. My grandson started taking prozac a few months ago to help him cope with chronic daily migraines and he was a new person the very next day. He went from feeling suicidal and not being able to get out of bed to jumping around happy the next day. It was like a miracle. It has worked ever since that day. He is only 13 so age might make a difference too. I'm not sure.

Each person is very different. I'm glad you're feeling better.

I really feel better today, I must have found the right med for me, I really hope so......

Please pray for me that this medication works like it should & that God guides me & my Doctor....

Glad its working out so far Space,

We're all different when it comes to meds. Just have to keep working to find the right one.
