From a young man that was in rehab two years ago with my daughter. He took a liking to her and they actually had a little drug thing relationship going after they left rehab. Anyway, he says he has been clean as of March 3, 2006 and wanted to know how she was doing. Gave him the info and he wanted her number so he could reach out to her. I told him his chances were probably not good, but he can give it a try. Wow, weird so many things happening at the same time. The check, the boss's wife calling and now him. Must be God's way of telling me He is still working in my daughter's life. Hugs, Marle

What an awesome God thing! I pray he can get in touch with her. Maybe this is just the push she needs. I truely feel things are about to change for her. I will continue to keep her in my prayers.

HP definitely has something to do with that... honestly, not only might this guy know what she needs to hear, but it might have a different impact coming from him... at least I hope so!

That's an excellent way of looking at it, Marle. Bravo! God never gives up on us though we have a tendency to give up on Him when all seems hopeless. The tangible reminder of His presence is always greatly appreciated though I'm happy to hear that things seem to be looking up for you. And best wishes to your daughter's "friend". I imagine no one can get through to a drug addict as well as a recovered drug-addict. Best wishes

for what its worth, i do believe that god is working in your daughters life. i believe that maybe we can't always see what is being done behind the scene. keeping you and your daughter in my prayers, i'm praying that she finds her way soon
