Does anyone know what happens when there is a complaint made about possible drug abuse (in an RO) and then when visitation comes into play, how does theat work??? we are goign for an FRO which im not even sure what that is, but it takes the RO our of the DV court and brings it into civil court. I am wondering how it works if the judge will order my ah to be drug tested and if it comes out clean because he hasnt been using lately, will that be the end of it? Someone told me the testing could last for months???? is that true?? and also, until the results of the drug testing comes back will supervised visitation be likely?? what if my husband contests what is in the RO and we go to trial??? Im very nervous about all of this...
