Hope3 has 150 days! (5 months).
Hello to my family here at SR, today I am celebrating my
150th day without a drop of poison.......Well it's poison for
me anyway...Just want to share two key ideas that have helped
me to keep sober so far.
1. Planning things to do to fill in those drinking times, Instead of stopping at a liquior store, i stop at dunkin donuts, I started new hobbies, a house project, take a class, join an investment club so you can learn where to put all that money you'll be saving...ha, ha
2. Support, from a program, from your family, counselors, whatever, and whoever, just get a support system.
Everyday is a gift to us, it is not a gauratee, what we choose to do
with that precious gift is up to us. Just for today, I'm going to except that gift and
smile a little wider, laugh a little harder, and share the gift with all...

Hope, I am so proud of you for all you have done and pleased that you have shared your recovery (and love of photograhy) here with all of us.
