checking in!!!
my hubby and i both are recovering crack addicts, with 7 kids together. we've been married 21 yrs and battling addiction just as long. we live in atl, ga.
anybody else want to check in. maybe with all the new people, i'll find someone in my area that i can meet f2f, maybe have a cup of coffee, go to a meeting with or something like that.
btw, did anybody notice the new "remove thank you" button?

Well teke I would love to meet you but I am know where near you. I live in NYC anyone on the boards and would love to meet someone from SR. I only had the chance to talk on the phone with a couple of people here.

Im in Central Florida. MArried to a crack addict. Why are we together again? Im still hoping to manipulate enough to get some $$$ from him, I think and sad as it is I like the little things he does when he feels bad about his behavior.

I am Rose, I live in British Columbia, Canada...just an hour away from Vancouver if that is of any help....
The addict in my life is soon to be my ex-husband..
Married for 20years with to teen sons together..

i am on the coast of n.c. been married 3 times. married alcoholics twice,2 children with first husband, 1 son ( addict) with the second,(married 20 yrs) & now i am very happily married to my thrid husband of 10yrs. i would love to meet someone on the coast or near by.

I am toward the mountains of NC... about an hour from Charlotte NC.

I'm in Alberta Canada, right next to the BC border and the mile "0" city.
My hubby is addicted to pot and been clean from cocaine for 3 1/2 years now. I have two children a 5 y/o boy and a 20 mo/o girl.

Teke, I dont believe Rochester is near me. I am in the city part the outer parts of New York i am not familiar with. It seems to be a lot of people are in NC or Canada. Come guys there has to be some from ny???? Come on and show yourself...lol

I'm from the midwest, like cat, however, I'm from IL. We're on the IL/IA border.
I was married to a crack addict for 8 years and knew of his drug addiction for 5 of those years. Recently divorced 9 months ago. Exah still active in his addiction and *I* am still working on my recovery.........successfully, I might add! LOL
SR was my saving grace and will be forever grateful to each and everyone here!

Kentucky and Tennessee separate us. Dang it! I would have loved to meet ya.
I'm stuck here in the Ohio River valley. Any offers of a f2f? I'm in.
I use to have coffee and muffins in Pennsylvania with a member here who's son was in jail with my son. Ya out there, Tug? lol
I also hope to meet Cece when I go back up to sign over the house to the new buyers. I'm pretty friggin' excited about that.
It would be phenomenal if we could all meet at some sort of "Reunion of Codies" in the future.

man!!!!!!!!! wouldn't a reunion be nice, i know that yall come to ga, sometime or another. i'm scared to fly, either that or i haven't been able to save enough money lately for a vacation. now that rah is full time, just maybe he can stay clean and hold down a job long enough for me to be able to do a little traveling.
