I made it a month!!!
Yep...
One whole month!!!
I'm very happy!! I've been whitening my teeth at night...they look alot better...
I like knowing that I don't have ashtray breath when I talk to people at work.
I like how I always seem to have money in my wallet now. Its amazing how long a $40 withdraw from the ATM lasts now-a-days!!!
My house smells so clean! And so does my car.
No more smokers cough! My lungs don't scream when I wake up in the morning anymore.
Thoughts of cigarettes are fewer and farther between now. I know I will still be fighting off cravings now and then but they aren't anything like they were in the first few weeks.
I've noticed that I have alot more stamina at the gym too.:Jumprope:
