Past the 72 hour mark!!

Yeh for me!!!!!

I haven't even looked at a cigarette in 3 days! I've made it past the worst of the withdrawal!!!!!!!!!! I feel fantastic!! I feel like all my guardian angels are clapping and hi-fiven' and wrapping me with hugs!!

I feel clean and rich and successful!!

I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in a place today around people who were all smoking. I went inside, treated myself to a cappachino and browsed the travel section looking at all the lovely places I want to go......Thinking about how nice it will be to go boating or collecting seashells without thinking about where to carry my ciggs or put the butts. I could go snorkeling without ruining the fun by being obsessed with finishing up so I can get a smoke!!!!

I LIKE being a non-smoker!!
