I really wanted a cigarette.

Last night. I really wanted one.

Steve and I were arguing. and alot of other things going on. He now has an incisional hernia, which will most likely require more surgery. (because he can't follow direction and he does stupid crap). And the tension in the house just kept building.

My daughter was going out the front door last night, and I knew she was going out to smoke and I wanted to chase her down. I know she wouldn't just give me one, so I even thought about threatening her for one. (you know, your grounded or something stupid like that).

But, I didn't. I acted like a big brat and I stamped my feet on the floor, and I banged my fists against my thighs, and let out that AAUUUGGGGHHH noise then stomped away.

Still smoke free.

The best way to deal with stress is not more stress.

Good for you.

lmao,
I have Lyme's. I'm sure it's not helping that much either.

I'm sorry, I am so tired I feel punchy.

live!

Laurie, that's WONDERFUL!!! Do whatever it takes to stay quit. Remember, it's all about behaviors. If stomping your feet works for you, DO IT!
I'm proud of ya!
Shalom!

I don't know if it is the quit smoking thing here, but I just feel hungry today. I feel like I can't get enough to eat. I keep grazing around the kitchen like a heffer.(sp)

I am at least trying to stick with healthy foods. Cherries, grapes, peaches, cottage cheese with orange slices. (although I did go for the bowl of ice cream too).

Oh well, we are starting the south beach diet this week (both me and steve) so I guess I can pig out today. lmao

hey, Laurie,

My hubby and I have been on a lifestyle eating change. We discovered that frozen yogurt was better than ice cream!
