15 days.

My sober time app keeping me on track with days. Offering little quotes to spur on, I like today's one 'always do your best, what you plant now, you will harvest later.

15 days in, it's been tough but worth it. Each day passing gets abit easier and although I have doubt I still seem to be keeping myself right on not drinking for today. Feeling extreme guilt about the weed use almost like I'm not really sober so can I count my 15 days.

Does anyone find when u give up drinking ur up super early I keep waking so early the last week.

Thanks Dee
Yeah I can't say it's bothering me, and I'm waking up with energy... Even better!

I've been sober six years and I keep weird hours. It's 2am here. Sometimes I stay up all night. I guess I'm a night owl. But I do keep regular hours when I have something to do the next day. I'm retired, which gave me a lot of time to drink when I was drinking. Now, it's like, I'll get all the sleep I need when I'm dead.

It's nice to be able to please yourself in terms of when to sleep. I'm terrible I can't stay up past 10pm.

I'm liking it though, being in bed at a reasonable hour and awake fresh, as if Im drinking I'm awake for hour and hours on end, 28 hours and such at a time. I'm wondering now how I even managed that.
