Hi Im Sharon and Im an Alcoholic.

By the grace of my HP and you people
I havent had a drink of alcohol since
8-11-90, and for that im truely grateful.

There are two days in every week about
which we should not worry, two days which
should be kept from fear and apprehension.
One of these days is yesterday, with its mis-
takes and cares, its faults and blunders, its
aches and pains. Yesterday has passed
forever beyond our control. All the money
in the world cannot bring back yesterday.
We cannot erase a single word we said.
yesterday is gone beyond recall.

Do you still worry what happened
yesterday?


For me I have no worries about yesterday
because i lived it to the best of my ability.
With the tools of recovery I applied it
thru out the day. Mainly because I
was by myself most of the day. : )


My daughter moved back into the dorm
on campus to begin her second yr. of
college. Earlier yesterday morning I got
aggivated as i was drinking my cup of
coffee and watching early morning tv.

She and her dad were discussing finances
behind me at the computer....I was asked
to turn the volumn down as ive told them
so many times when i was here in SR
sharing with u.

Sure i got pissed, but what goes around
comes around. so i picked myself up and
went to get dressed for the day.

By then the chattering of finances stopped.
WHEW..! That stuff is sooooooo BORING...lol

Then before i knew it the house was empty.
YES..! I then got my house in order in preparation
for several days by MYSELF. My house will be
empty for 2 days as my spouse is taking a job
trip WAAAYYYY up north and my kids r away
in college.

Hey its just me and my little furry animals and most of all
the bed to myself..... lol Selfishly I LOVE IT..!

Anyway....no regrets of yesterday. Today is a new day.

Will see what this day brings. : )
