How do I deal
I have been on and off drugs just about all my life. I have stop using before then I relapse. I got clean again then I relapse again and again and again. I have been in and out of mental facilities in and out of Narcotics Anonymous I have done out patient therapy in patient therapy. I have been on methadone. I know that God loves me and all that. But why can't I stop using!

I'm really sorry to hear that you're struggling. I know all too well what it's like to chronically relapse, be in and out of NA, and in and out of treatment centers. In fact im actually in a treatment center right now.
Have you ever considered long-term residential treatment? Also, my sponsor emphasizes the importance of working the steps to me and I find when I'm working the steps I feel less obsessed with drugs. Maybe have a sponsor take you through the step-work?
I hope you find what you need. Stick around. Feel free to PM if you need someone to talk to. Best of luck to you (:
