5 months!!!!

5 months!!!!
Ok so the 19th came and went and I didn't realize till the 21st that it had been 5 months 
and although I did have a bad fit of anxiety the other day, it was just that day and better the next, it's hard to believe I was once thinking that I couldn't get to month 1 much less 5 and being that it came fast, next time I turn around it will be a year, I noticed that I notice how good I feel when I'm lease expecting it... i.e the other day I had some pretty bad anxiety, thought oh gosh here we go AGAIN....but after waking up the next day feeling better, then a few more days past and I stopped and remember thinking, WOW, I feel great!!!! So for all you out there thinking it's gonna be bad forever, it's not! It does get better& just when you think it's as good as it gets, it gets even better 
I recall being told the same thing and now I full understand it May God bless you all!!!!!
