Hey all. I'm a percocet addict. I need a little bit of help. I have no insurance, no money and a job that needs me and that I need. Needless to say, rehab a d detox centers are out of the question. Tomorrow I start day one without anything, and I'm a little scared because I will be doing it cold turkey and also while at my job. My withdrawals aren't bad enough to have to call in, I can still have a productive day at work while going through somewhat minor w/d without people really noticing anything wrong. No, I'm not lying to myself, I've done it before, and I'm going to have to do it again. I'm just a little scared, and was wondering if there was anything that makes opiate w/d more comfortable until I get off work? Also if anyone knows any programs that may help without needing insurance or $? I'm a little scared.
