Today I am 30 days clean!! YEAH
Hi guys, just wanted to let everyone know I am at 30 days and I am so excited. I never thought in a million years I would be here. I stayed in bed the last two days feeling like crap, I think its PMS. God I hate it. I just shut down the world and think that my life sucks and is over. BUT the postitive side of this, is I didnt use and it is all around me. I have to admit, I thought about it for a second, to just get a few pills to take off the edge but I didnt. My biggest fear with staying clean was this time of the month but I made it and it was my first episode so it cant be harder next time. Just wanted to share my birthday. Gotta go to work. Love you guys!!!!

WOOO-HOOOO!!!
Don't it feel GREAT?
Congrats sweetie. Keep up the good work, and remember ... all it takes is 'a few pills' and you'll be RIGHT BACK where you started in NO TIME. This condition of addiction is permanent, you'll NEVER be able to go back to just a few every once in a while like it probably was when you started, so please DON'T try to fool yourself.
Keep up the good work, we're all very very proud of you!!!

You were saying on another thread that you couldn't wait to have 60 days clean ... and your avatar is the little picture that appears under your name on the left there, each time you post.
You get it now?

Good job
Thank goodness people understand. I am very proud of you. I remember telling people that I was sober for x-amount of years. Some people would look at me strang and say " Good for You".
I'm glad that I can relate with people at SR
