Other updates: did day 2 of 30 day workout challange this morning. Walked 4 miles last night on a day that was planned to be a skip day.
My legs are rock hard already. I can probably crush diamonds with them.
Started stretching too. I'm about to look for a 30day yoga challange. That'll round me off nicely.
