I'm Back dammit!

Last posted 2012 apparently. Since then, got sober, got pregnant, had twins, breast fed till they were 9mo. Started with a wine or two and here we are a year later having 2 bottles a night! Don't want to stop but know I have to! Noones body could stand these quantities for very long. Help please. xo

Its quite amazing how you think you'll be ok 'this time', 'I'll be able to control it'. Pffft! NO! Just to clear it up, funny that I have to say it but I'm married, I work 24hrs a week, my 3 kids and 2 dogs are happy and healthy. I'm functioning to say the least but I'm not healthy! How can I be. The days I work I don't even crave a drink. Home alone with kids and I'm hanging for wine 'o clock. Any other mums out there?

I know, thank you, but once again logic was crushed by extreme anxiety and well, my daughter got her treat! So, according to board rules, I'm signing off for the night. Already feeling the guilt, but at least I'll be relaxing with a bottle of cider in a few minutes. I don't know what it's going to take with me
