Good luck with your situation Ryan. As Dee said, talk with your fiance, I'm sure she will appreciate knowing what's wrong and calm things between the two of you. It may also help you by getting it out.

my appointment to meet the boss RE: the job opportunity was postponed till tomorrow at 3:00. Hopefully I can sleep tonight....I am exhausted & glad to be home with a take & bake chicken/artichoke pizza & my warming blanket.

Not really Mariah, just looking forward to the sun returning and getting things ready for warmer weather.
Got a depressing reality check tonight, I refuse to let it mess up my sobriety though. I'm sure it will be eating at me all weekend. Shrug
I hope you can get some sleep and that things go great with the interview.

Had a bit of a shock this morning trying to access SR, the format had changed completely. But clicking on "view full site" at the bottom of the page has brought it back to normal. I didn't realise how dependent I am on being able to easily access the forum.

I have a treat booked for my year sober anniversary. I've booked a consultation with a vegan friendly nutritionist, and then I will spend a few days getting to grips with any suggestions she has to offer me. My diet isn't awful, but I feel like I could do better, and I want to check that I'm getting all the nutrients I need.
I'm keeping a food diary at the moment. Just by recording stuff, I'm much more careful about what I'm eating. I'd recommend keeping a food log to anyone who's wanting to lose a few pounds at the moment, it really seems to help to make good choices.

Freen- that's fantastic that your working on eating better, I really should be doing the same I'm 50 pounds over my normal weight hahaha...I actually don't really mind tho to be honest I just can't let it get out of control, I was always drugged out and skinny, everyone tells me I look healthy

I got the job! I know the change of starting a new job & leaving my current one is going to be stressful, but I think in the long run, this will be a good change. Going to go celebrate by spending some money
