I haven't been keeping track of days but I looked at my day planner yesterday and it turns out I have 5 weeks cold turkey off of cigs! Amazing thinking I was smoking a pack a day before that.
The only real withdraw symptoms I had were trouble falling asleep and extreeemmmmeeee itchiness
hope everyone's doing well and living life tobacco free !!
