Went out for milk, bread things we needed in case their is something to this ice threat anyway stood and stared @the beer section for a few seconds slowly walking backwards away still staring that voice telling me you need beer what if you lose power ,what if the rds are bad I tell you my mouth poured watering may not sound like much but that was hard as hell .

Isn't it great you aren't sitting here with that sinking feeling, pouring a beer and knowing how you would feel in the morning?

Well done for not picking up. Yep it can be 'hard as hell' sometimes, but its so worth it to be so free and sooooo alive today

You overcame it. Don't you feel proud of your self? You should. The alcohol aisle called to me in the beginning too. I would talk to myself. I am sure I looked like a nut. A sober nut.
